What is CPI? CPI, Crane Payment Innovations produces payment devices that you will see on vending and unattended payment machines.
Can I request a refund for a cash payment using this form? No, this form is for cashless / card payments only.
Why do you need my full card details? To verify the transaction attempt and add the refund back onto the card
Can I request funds are refunded to a different card? No, we can only process a refund to the original payment card.
What happens next? The information you enter on this form will be matched with the transaction data we have received from the Acquiring Bank. Please make sure you enter the exact information you see on your statement. If a match is not found we cannot process a refund.
What if I cannot see the transaction on my statement? If the vend failed on a transaction a reversal refund is automatically instantly processed by the machine so there is no need to request a refund.
